About the instructor:
Kahi is a local lei maker who grew up on the east side of Oʻahu in Kāneʻohe and Kailua. He founded Kaleipuupuu as a way to share his passion for lei and to help perpetuate an important aspect of Hawaiian culture through educational lei experiences. Through this work, Kahi hopes to inspire others to begin their own lei journey.
